Paying online with your commercial card

From now on you can confirm online payments with the ING Commercial Card App. This mandatory additional step has everything to do with European legislation to keep payment transactions safe. To use the app we need your mobile number and email address. For more information about confirming in the ING Commercial Card App visit our e-commerce payment confirmation page.

Download the app after registering contact details

Within 5 working days of receiving your contact details, you will receive instructions, login details and an SMS code to activate the ING Commercial Card App. So please wait before downloading the app until you receive a message via email.
