Accessibilité France

Providing better support for our customers and employees with disabilities is a priority for ING in France. This is why we have set up a dedicated service from 2020 so that people who are deaf or hard of hearing can talk to our advisers by telephone.

In order to improve the accessibility of all its sites, ING in France commissioned an audit from Temesis, the main results of which are set out in the statement below. This analysis enabled us to identify the priority projects to be carried out and to draw up our multi-year accessibility plan as well as an annual action plan.

ING is currently [April 2024] working on setting up an accessible digital platform using the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standard. We recognise that most ING pages are not yet fully compliant. We are striving to develop a WCAG compliant banking environment, so we encourage our customers and any other interested parties to report any issues to us by emailing accessibilite.france@ing.com

Multiannual plan and annual accessibility plan

The law makes it compulsory to publish a three-year multiannual plan. The aim is to inform the public of the resources and actions put in place to make websites and applications accessible to all, and more specifically compliant with the RGAA (Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité). The multiannual plan for the accessibility of ING's websites and applications in France was published on 20 April 2021 and is available for consultation at this address. The multiannual plan must be accompanied by an annual action plan detailing the operations scheduled and implemented for the current year, as well as the status of these actions. The 2021 annual plan is available by clicking on this link.
