The ING Financial Markets Graduate Programme is a unique opportunity for young professionals to gain practical experience in the world of financial markets. This 12-month program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills for future roles within ING, offering hands-on experience in sales and trading operations. Participants will undergo initial training, followed by rotations in either Sales or Trading desks within Financial Markets.

The program also provides mentorship from a senior member of the Financial Markets team. Financial Markets at ING serves as the bank’s gateway to professional markets worldwide, aiming to meet the needs of ING’s clients with a wide range of products and services. The program allows participants to rotate across different teams within both Sales and Trading.

Sales teams provide both flow and bespoke financial solutions to clients, while Trading teams manage risk and cover flow for the client portfolio. The program offers a comprehensive learning experience, enabling participants to understand different asset classes and products, work closely with clients and colleagues, and bring innovative solutions to the table. Ideal candidates for the program are those with a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a passion for the banking industry and financial markets, and a broad skillset gained through diverse experiences.
