ING's InsideBusiness consists of 2 types of channels. The interactive channels provide a user interface for all your daily banking activities such as payments, cash management, trade finance, lending, and financial markets. The connectivity channels provide an automatic, secure and straight-through transmission of payment and reporting files solution to and from clients' ERP/TMS to the bank. All of these channels can be self-managed in central administration by Corporate Administrators of your choice.

Our interactive channels consist of InsideBusiness Portal and InsideBusiness App. Both solutions provide you with access to the growing range of Wholesale Banking products and services around the globe.

Appointing a Corporate Administrator gives you the ability to self-manage your connections. And centrally manage all users, authorisations and limits, regardless of the channel you use.
