French bank holidays for payments in 2025

No transaction (transfer, cheque, LCR…) in EUR and in foreign currencies will be executed during these bank holidays even if the interbank settlement systems are operational (according to the attached CFONB timetable). We invite you to please send us your payment instructions via your electronic banking channel on the business days prior to any of these bank holidays, taking into account the cut-off times and the execution delays applicable to these transactions.

ING Bank France will execute your international payment transactions according to the following rules:

• For EUR and all other currencies with cutoff on D: If the requested value date is equal to the bank holiday => your payment will be executed according to Opens in a new tabcut-off-times.pdf (ingwb.com)  on value date + 1 business day.
• For other currencies with cutoff on D-1: If the requested value date is equal to holiday + 1 => your payment will be executed according to Opens in a new tabcut-off-times.pdf (ingwb.com)  on value date + 1 business day.
