With the ING Commercial Card portal you can keep track of your spending with your creditcard. You will always have up-to-date insight into your transactions, spending limit and payment-due date, wherever you are.

You have access to all your statements of the last 12 months and can download the statement in PDF format. Every time a new statement is ready for review you will receive a statement-ready notification by e-mail.

Programme managers have complete overview of all credit cards in their programme(s). As well as insight into the total outstanding amount and the remaining spending limit. The portal also offers extensive reporting possibilities for programme managers. You can generate various reports on the spending practices per card or expenses per supplier. With the analysis tool you can gain more insight the spending behaviour of your cardholders.

New on the portal

The implementation of the new Payments Service Directive 2 (PSD2) means that ING needs to add an extra security step when accessing the ING Commercial Card portal and app. Until now, you only needed your username and password to log in to the ING Commercial Card portal. From now on, you will also need to type in an extra authentication code. This code is generated by the ING Commercial Card app. Please download the latest version of the app in order to generate a code for your next login. Read more about the app.

The ING Commercial Card app is becoming increasingly more important for secure use of your credit card. To install the app, your mobile phone number should be registered with ING. If you have a new mobile phone number, please provide it to us via our registration website.
