Changing your phone number
Make sure that your mobile phone number is up to date when using the ING Commercial Card Portal and App. Without a correct phone number, you will not be able to log in.
You also need a correct phone number to authenticate yourself (Two-factor authentication) when making a credit card transaction on the internet.
You can change your phone number yourself via:
- our service center.
Or your company's Programme Administrator can update the mobile phone number, via:
- a change form on our Change Forms ING Corporate Cards page.
- SDRAM (online account management).
