Please be informed that as of 1st Novemeber 2024 our List of Terms and Conditions will be amended. The amended List of Terms and Conditions is available at our office, in our Announcement, and on our website Opens in a new tabING Wholesale Banking.

The modification is based on Clause 3.8.4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.

In case of a framework contract, as defined in the Act LXXXV of 2009, you are deemed to have accepted the changes if you do not notify us that you do not accept them before the proposed date of their entry into force, moreover, you have the right to terminate the framework contract free of costs, fees and other payment obligations before the date of the proposed application of the changes.

Please be informed that as of 1st of June 2024 our List of Terms and Conditions for Corporate Clients (“List of Terms and Conditions”) will be amended. The reasons for the modifications are (i) clarification of the services provided by the Bank and listed in the List of Terms and Conditions, (ii) achieving consistency with the product catalog used within ING Group; (iii) increasing fees pursuant to and in compliance with the relevant legislations, and (iv) deletion of the outdated or unused fee items. The modification is based on Section 3.8.2.1.; 3.8.3., 3.8.3.1., 3.8.3.3.; 3.8.3.8.; 3.8.3.9. and 3.8.4.3. of the General Terms and Conditions.
