Do you need to perform a critical payment that is time critical and in need of secure monitoring and execution? ING can help you in 6 simple steps:

  1. Contact: contact your account manager at least 5 days in advance. 
  2. Payment information: please provide all necessary information
  • What amount?
  • What is your deadline?
  • Which bank accounts?
  • From and to which accounts?
  • Is all funding available?
  • What currency?
  1. Plan - together with your account manager an action plan will be made.

On the day of payment:

  1. Payment - on the day of payment, you perform the payment as discussed with your account manager. 
  2. Monitoring - ING monitors the payment. 
  3. Validation - After the payment, your account manager will contact you to confirm completion.
