Getting started with the ING Commercial Card Portal and App
Once you have received your card, you may want to keep track of your expenses, check your total spending, and monitor your available credit limit. You can do this by logging into the ING Commercial Card Portal after activating the ING Commercial Card App.
To activate the ING Commercial Card App
Download the ING Commercial Card App from the Google Play Store (for an Android device) or the App Store (for an Apple device).
- Install it on your mobile device.
- Log in to the app by using the credentials provided by ING.
- When installing the app, you will receive a text message (SMS) with a one-time activation code. Please enter this code to register your mobile phone. When you don't receive a text message (SMS), please use the 'Resend SMS' button.
- Accept the terms of use to complete the installation of the app.
- Select a 5-digit PIN. Choose a PIN which is hard to guess and keep the PIN to yourself. Now the app is ready to use.

Log in to the ING Commercial Card portal
To access the ING Commercial Card portal:
- Go to www.ingcommercialcard.com
- Enter your username and password
- Log in to the ING Commercial Card app
- Select the option Authenticator from the upper menu to generate the security code.
- Log in to the portal and type in the security code.

*Please note: If you install the ING Commercial Card App on a new mobile phone or tablet, the Authenticator needs to be reset. For that, you will need your ING Commercial Card App on your old device.
